Nathalie was part of the first all-female led creative team that launched a campaign during the Super Bowl for Bumble, featuring Serena Williams. She has also served as creative lead on Rolex, Office Depot Office Max, Cirque du Soleil, MTV Staying Alive Foundation, Hampton Inn and, oversaw the Feminist Letters, a typeface created to amplify voices advocating gender equality. Prior to VMLY&R, Nathalie was a Creative Director at McCann Erickson.

Ann is a frequent speaker at industry events, including the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), the Online Media, Marketing and Advertising Conference (OMMA) and, ad:tech. Ann is also prominent in academic circles having taught at Columbia University, NYU Stern and Kellogg School of Management.

In addition to his role at Wunderman Thompson, he currently serves as President of the Board at Grupo de Planejamento, the professional organization that represents strategy professionals in Brazil.
Nancy Vaznonis

Born and raised in Chicago, Nancy graduated from Boston University’s School of Communications and started her advertising career at Arnold Worldwide in Boston. After six years at Arnold, Nancy moved back to Chicago and bounced around from FCB to Digitas to Razorfish and ultimately landed at Ogilvy Chicago. She happily remained there for over eleven years before moving across the pond to Ogilvy London, where she spent two years overseeing Dove Masterbrand, Dove Deodorant and Dove Men+Care, globally. She returned home to Ogilvy Chicago in 2020.
Throughout the span of her 26-year career, Nancy’s been privileged to build brands that include Dove, Corona Light, Sargento, Kotex, Suave, Glade, CDW, Royal Caribbean, McDonald’s, Oreo and Planters. She’s even managed to win some awards and produce a couple of Super Bowl commercials along the way. But most notably, Nancy’s been blessed by the Pope and bitten by a squirrel
