ARF Young Pros Social Strategist Team
Young Pros Social Strategists manage Young Pros social media and content marketing. YPSS generate content and oversee the Young Pros social handles on all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Slack) by producing content that will help Young Professionals advance through educating, motivating and mentoring their peers. YPSS aims to increase awareness of Young Pros events and opportunities and cultivate a platform for Young Pros to engage with each other and advance their careers.
Sheona Bello (Chair)
Vice President, Americas, Forethought
Australian born and raised, Sheona started her career with Forethought in 2017 as a Consultant. Working across a number of strategic projects in the Travel & Leisure industries, Sheona was awarded Graduate of the Year and invited on a secondment to join Forethought’s US practice head-quartered in New York City. In 2019, Sheona relocated to New York City and now leads the firm’s US team partnering with clients across Aviation, Technology, Banking and Fast Casual Dining to optimize customer-facing challenges. A skilled researcher, Sheona has led the delivery of key strategic projects spanning qualitative and quantitative methodologies to solve business challenges in brand, advertising effectiveness, customer experience and acquisition.
John Baro
Manager, Market Research & Insights, Spectrum Reach
John Baro is a Manager of the Market Research & Insights team at Spectrum Reach, the ad-sales arm of Charter Communications. In his role, he is responsible for leading enterprise research efforts on the behalf of the sales organization while supporting marketing initiatives that position the company as an industry authority and thought-leader in media ad-sales. Prior to his current role, he worked at iHeartMedia supporting their network radio and syndicated programming ad-sales. He is an alumni of North Carolina State University, where he received a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering. Although born and raised in North Carolina, he has lived in New York City since 2015 and is proud to call it his home. He enjoys cooking, reading, playing guitar, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the city with his wife and rescue pup, Enzo.
Courtney Cronin
Senior Strategist, ListenFirst
Courtney Cronin is currently a Senior Strategist at ListenFirst in their Media & Entertainment department, where she oversees clients in the streaming industry. She has a ten year marketing career spanning multiple nonprofits, performing arts organizations, and TV + Film Schools, all working one-on-one with clients to build their individualized marketing strategy and digital presence. Her experience on and off the stage makes her a unique asset to the entertainment business. She holds both an undergraduate degree in Voice + Opera from SUNY Purchase and a graduate degree in Arts Marketing from Baruch College. In her spare time, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern Connecticut Camerata as their Publicist and sings for local community events.
Reagan Khun
Forethought
Reagan is a graduate of Rhodes College’s International Business program with a minor in French. Having a professional background in strategy and data analytics, she has experience working in non-profits, NGOs, and corporate environments. Reagan moved to New York City in 2022 to join Forethought’s Marketing Science team. Within Marketing Science, Reagan works on quantitative research projects for clients spanning various industries including Aviation, Fast Casual Dining, Technology and Real Estate. Reagan’s commitment to quality research and interest in connecting with others has drawn her to the ARF Young Pros.
Kimberly Sbordone
Senior Research Analyst, Ipsos
I’m a Fairfield University Alumni with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a concentration in Digital and Social Media, a minor in Management, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Analytics and Strategy. Currently, I’m a Senior Research Analyst at Ipsos on their Creative Excellence service line. As a young professional, I aim to broaden my knowledge in the advertising/marketing/research world while connecting with others to discuss societal market trends.
